TikTok Shop shipping, connected to the floor

Viral demand.
Clear order flow.

TikTok can move product fast. Your inventory, order routing, and warehouse handoffs need to keep up. CWTCH brings the operator and ShipHero WMS into the conversation before the first spike hits.

Inventory, seller-fulfilled pick / pack, and shipment records. Connector and field ownership agreed during setup.

DTC order fulfillment

Orders allocated to CWTCH are picked, packed, and shipped to the customer.

FBT replenishment

A separately planned inbound shipment sends reserved stock to TikTok’s fulfillment network.

Illustrative architecture. Account eligibility, connectors, sync behavior, and FBT prep scope are confirmed for your operation.

The seller problem

A spike should not create a stockout somewhere else.

A TikTok order is only one event in a shared inventory system. When channel counts, fulfillment paths, and tracking updates drift apart, the work lands back on your team.

The operational question

Which stock is sellable where, and who owns the next handoff?

01 /

Inventory drift

A sale on one channel may not appear on another at the moment you need it. Competing stock writers make the problem harder to trace.

02 /

Two fulfillment paths

Seller fulfillment and FBT use different stock pools and warehouse responsibilities. Replenishment is not the same as a customer order.

03 /

Manual exception work

CSV patches and inbox checks can hide the root cause until orders are already at risk.

04 /

Unclear ownership

A status change is not a handoff plan. Define who investigates when data disagrees.

Operator-led setup

Start with the rules.
Then move the volume.

Your current accounts, connector permissions, product setup, and fulfillment model determine the final integration plan.

01

Map the catalog

Match product IDs and variants across Shopify, TikTok Shop, and ShipHero. Agree which system owns each product and inventory field.

SKU + field mapping

02

Separate the stock pools

Distinguish inventory available for CWTCH-fulfilled orders from units allocated to FBT replenishment. Set channel quantities and reserve rules deliberately.

Stock allocation + fulfillment ownership

03

Run a controlled test

Validate orders end to end: import, allocation, pick / pack, shipment confirmation, tracking, and cancellations. Test bundles and partially available orders too.

Order path + edge cases

04

Operate the exception queue

Watch for mismatched SKUs, unavailable stock, duplicate imports, and missing status updates. Agree an owner and escalation path for each.

Exception ownership + resolution

Shopify × TikTok Shop × ShipHero

A sync plan is a set of decisions, not a logo row.

ShipHero is the warehouse management system in CWTCH’s operation. We map your storefront and marketplace flows to the warehouse work: what inventory is available, which orders enter fulfillment, and where tracking returns. A connection alone does not settle ownership, timing, or edge cases.

Catalog

Which SKU and variant identifiers join the systems?

Available stock

Which source controls the quantity exposed to each channel?

Order ownership

Which customer orders enter CWTCH fulfillment?

Status + tracking

Where does shipment confirmation originate and return?

Control points

Confirm before connecting

  • Product identifiers and bundle / kit handling
  • Inventory source of truth and reserved quantities
  • Order filters, cancellations, and duplicate prevention
  • Seller-fulfilled inventory versus FBT inventory
  • Tracking, status mapping, and exception ownership

Connector availability, update cadence, permissions, and supported fields are checked for your specific setup. We do not promise zero-latency inventory sync.

Ship inventory to FBT

Plan the inbound. Keep the stock clear.

FBT handles fulfillment from stock in TikTok’s network. Sending goods to FBT is an inbound replenishment project, separate from shipping a seller-fulfilled order to a customer. Bring your current TikTok instructions to CWTCH so we can scope the prep and handoff.

TikTok determines eligibility, destinations, and inbound requirements. Prep, labeling, transportation, and reconciliation responsibilities are agreed before goods move.

01 / Seller prep

Seller prep

Confirm the SKU list, quantities, packaging, labels, destination instructions, and shipment documents required for your approved inbound.

02 / Stock allocation

Stock allocation

Agree which units are reserved for FBT and which remain available for CWTCH-fulfilled orders. Avoid exposing the same units twice.

03 / Handoff + reconcile

Handoff + reconcile

Name who creates the inbound, who prepares and tenders goods, what proves warehouse receipt, and who resolves quantity differences.

Operator-led fulfillment

Your channel plan has to work on the warehouse floor.

CWTCH combines ShipHero WMS with hands-on multi-channel fulfillment. Setup conversations include receiving, pick / pack, inventory allocation, and exception handling, not just a connection diagram.

Bring these to the first call

  • 01Current channel mix and expected launch peaks
  • 02SKU / bundle count and inventory split by path
  • 03Your current FBT requirements and inbound instructions
  • 04Your sync pain points and exception examples
